You must have the legal capacity or appropriate permission to make a purchase. Please provide accurate order and contact information, and protect any account credentials you create.

New accounts are available only to people aged 18 or over. We screen the birth date you declare before requesting registration details and check it again on the server. Do not misrepresent your age; this age screen is not identity verification.

Guest checkout is available for eligible orders. Account access is required for membership purchases and some account-specific features.

Review the selected item, quantity, recipient streamer, currency, and total before payment. Current orders are priced in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Product availability and membership offers may change.

Catalogue images may be illustrative where stated; descriptions and item-specific notices form part of the information for your purchase. An order number identifies your order but does not by itself confirm payment or delivery.

Payment is completed through the available checkout provider, such as Stripe or PayPal. An order is treated as paid when the payment is confirmed. Please keep your order number and payment reference.

Payment providers and your bank may apply their own terms, currency conversion, or charges. If a payment appears on your statement but the order remains unpaid, contact us before making a duplicate payment.

Our operators coordinate fulfilment for accepted orders. Food and gifts are intended for the selected recipient streamer; delivery arrangements depend on the item, recipient, and availability.

Delivery estimates are indicative unless expressly confirmed. If an item is unavailable, a delivery is delayed, or an order has a problem, contact us to review the appropriate resolution under our refund policy.

Memberships apply for the duration and benefits shown for the selected plan. Eligible prices and items may depend on an active membership. Review the plan details when purchasing or renewing; membership refund requests are reviewed under the refund policy.

Current membership purchases are one-time payments, not auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact price and number of days appear beside the purchase button. There is no automatic renewal charge or free-to-paid conversion. After confirmed payment, days are added from the later of payment confirmation and your current membership expiry. Continuing after expiry requires another purchase. You may leave checkout before paying; cancellation and refund requests after payment follow the refund policy and applicable consumer rights.

Before paying, you may choose not to complete checkout. If you have already paid and wish to cancel, contact us promptly so we can check whether preparation, dispatch, or other fulfilment has started.

Refund requests are reviewed against the order, the issue reported, fulfilment status, and applicable consumer rights. The refund policy explains how to submit a request and how approved refunds are handled.

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent payment information, attempt unauthorised access, or include abusive content or information you are not entitled to share in an order message.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Order messages may be seen by the recipient streamer; avoid including sensitive personal details.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. Please contact us if you have a complaint or need clarification about a purchase.

We may update these terms for changes in services or legal requirements. The version presented when you purchase applies to that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
